This Privacy Policy describes how Paul Adams II ("I," "me," "my") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit paulsellsproperties.com (the "Site"). I am a California-licensed real estate salesperson affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Company (CA DRE# 00616212).
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by the third-party services described below. I do not configure these services to collect your name, email address, or phone number.

Advertising pixels: This site does not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads, or any other advertising or remarketing pixel. Analytics services are configured without advertising features (Google Signals is disabled; ad personalization is disabled).
If you click "Start a Conversation" or any scheduling button, this site dynamically loads Calendly software on your device. Calendly operates under its own privacy policy and collects information necessary to complete the scheduling process, including your name, email address, and selected appointment time. This Site does not receive or store Calendly booking data directly — Calendly sends booking confirmations to the inbox associated with my Calendly account.
Calendly assets are not loaded until you click a scheduling button.
This Site includes contact forms and a home valuation request form. When you submit a form, the information you enter — which may include your name, email address, phone number, and message — is transmitted to Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service, and forwarded to my business email address.
Formspree stores submitted data according to its privacy policy. I use form submissions only to respond to your inquiry. I do not add form submissions to marketing lists without your separate consent.
I do not send the contents of form submissions to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or any other analytics service. Analytics events record only that a form was started or submitted, not what was written in it.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity set cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors across sessions. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies.
This Site stores a single preference in your browser's localStorage under the key psp_analytics. This value records whether you have opted out of analytics and is not transmitted to any server.
You can opt out of analytics at any time. When opted out, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity will not load on any page of this Site.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Microsoft Clarity respects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. You can also opt out at privacy.microsoft.com.
Information collected through analytics is used to understand which pages and articles are most useful to visitors, so I can improve the quality and relevance of the content I publish. I do not use analytics data to make decisions about individual visitors.
Information submitted through contact forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry. I am a licensed California real estate agent; inquiries about property may be shared with parties necessary to complete a transaction (buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow, title), consistent with standard real estate practice.
I do not sell your personal information. I do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Information is shared only in the following circumstances:
California law (CalOPPA) requires websites that collect personal information from California residents to post a privacy policy. This policy satisfies that requirement.
If you are a California resident and would like to know what personal information I hold about you, request that it be deleted, or request a correction, you can contact me using the information below. I will respond within a reasonable time. Note that certain information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations.
This Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as there is no uniform standard for what such signals require of websites. You may opt out of analytics using the Manage Analytics Preferences button above, which has the same practical effect.
Google Analytics data retention is configured for 14 months in the GA4 property settings. Microsoft Clarity data retention is governed by Microsoft's policy. Form submissions stored by Formspree are subject to Formspree's retention policy. I retain emails containing form submissions in my business email account.
This Site is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted via HTTPS to Formspree. No authentication credentials, payment card information, or sensitive personal financial information are collected through this Site.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. I will not retroactively apply material changes to previously collected information in a way that reduces your privacy rights.
