I grew up in the Washington, DC area and attended Georgetown Prep before earning a full academic scholarship to the University of Southern California. At USC, I pursued a double major in accounting and filmmaking. That combination still defines how I work today.

Accounting trained me to see beyond the surface. Not just price, but structure. Not just numbers, but implications. I evaluate how a deal performs, where risk shows up, and where real opportunity exists.

Filmmaking added another layer. It connected me to the culture and industry that shape Los Angeles. Real estate here is not only about square footage and comps. It is about narrative, timing, and understanding why certain neighborhoods move the way they do.

Living in Los Angeles for over a decade has given me a front-row view of how this market actually moves. I've seen neighborhoods transform, demand shift, and how timing and positioning influence outcomes long before the data reflects it.

Real estate is also part of my DNA. As a third-generation Realtor, I was exposed early to how deals actually come together and where they break. That kind of experience cannot be replicated through a course or a license. It is learned through repetition, through observation, and through being in the room when it matters.

Before real estate, I was a nationally ranked junior tennis player. That background still shapes how I operate. Preparation is expected. Composure is non-negotiable. Under pressure, I stay composed and execute. Every client I represent benefits from that same level of focus and competitive intent.
